The Energy Future Conferences were initiated in 2014 with the mission to facilitate the industry-research interaction and innovation benefiting Australia. The conference is organised by volunteers and is a non-profit event. The fourth Energy Future Conference (EF4) involves a number of symposium, each with their own program while availing the delegates the opportunity to access combined plenary lectures and alternative sessions including the Industry and Innovation Day at no extra cost.
Registration must be completed by 30 March 2020 to obtain the early bird rates.
After this date the rates will increase as per table below. Please read the cancellation policy below before you make payment.
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST)
Admission to all symposiums and presentations on registered days
Admission to exhibition
Ticket to networking drinks (Day 1 or Day 3) - please indicate attendance when register
Approved delegate materials such as conference program
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily
* Please note that the registration fees above DO NOT include conference dinner. Separate ticket need to be purchased if you plan to attend the conference dinner.
Deadline: 1 May 2020
Cancellations must notified in writing (email is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations made by the deadline will result in a full refund less $150 to cover admin costs. Alternatively, it is permitted to transfer your registration to another person by the same deadline without incurring any cost or penalty. Failure to obtain an appropriate visa to enter Australia does not constitute a refund. No refunds will be made after the deadline due to failure to secure a visa to Australia. The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as printed on this website. The Conference organiser reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising committee are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising committee do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individual against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
